Motorbike Accident Claim Launched For 12 Year Old Son

The family of a 12 year old boy who suffered serious injuries in a motorbike accident is seeking compensation thought to be in the region of £300,000.
The boy was riding as a pillion passenger on his dad's Honda Firestorm motorcycle when they were involved in a collision with a car. The boy suffered head injuries as he was thrown from the motorbike and was unconscious and suffering bleeding from his nose and ear as he was rushed to the local hospital. He suffered post traumatic amnesia and was also immobile and uncommunicative. He was eventually released from hospital over a year after the road accident, but he continues to experience difficulties with memory, fatigue and attention.
The family is seeking compensation for their son's injuries against the driver who they allege was negligent and failed to keep a proper lookout. The driver pleased guilty to driving without due care and attention and was fined and received four points on her license.
